The Law Firm of Shapiro & Stern was founded in 2008 to cater to the demand for a strong law practice that could provide the classic professional “big firm” services, yet with the strong personal relationships and high priority response time one might obtain from a local attorney. Our firm has a broad practice handlinglegal issues in a variety of areas including Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, and Tax.

Shapiro & Stern is dedicated to providing high quality legal services and is committed to achieving complete client satisfaction. Commitment to our clients goes beyond the “piece of paper”. We view each of our clients individually and we treat each of our clients' matters with the same dedication and commitment as if it were our own. Each client is different and each transaction presents a unique challenge. Therefore, in order to service our clients properly, our approach to each client matter must remain as diverse as the clients themselves.

The best way to service clients is to develop a relationship with the client that will give us a better understanding of the client’s perspective on the matter at hand. This way we are able to arrive at creative solutions that will accomplish not only a “win” for the Firm, but will also fit within that particular client’s professional parameters and personal goals

We are not completely satisfied unless our clients are completely satisfied. To that end, we will accommodate our clients in whatever way possible, whether in terms of scheduling meetings or making ourselves available to the client. Additionally, we will work with the client to establish an appropriate billing option to suit that particular client’s needs. Our goal is to put our client’s mind at ease by producing the best possible product with the least amount of unnecessary headache for the client.
