Professional Profile:
Since founding Shapiro & Stern, Mark has handled all sorts of transactional work with a focus on contract drafting and review, primarily in Real Estate and Trust & Estate matters. This included representing both individuals and entities in various commercial transactions including the organization and formation and buying and selling of companies in addition to purchases and sales, refinances and leases of both residential and commercial real estate. Mark has further drafted many of the ancillary documents necessary to facilitate any such commercial transaction. Mark has also advised clients on various estate planning vehicles which included drafting various wills and trusts for individuals to accomplish the client’s overall estate plan.
